Conversation first
Every project begins with genuine listening. We don't arrive with a mood board — we arrive with questions.
Spatial before decorative
We consider how a room works before we consider how it looks. A well-proportioned room is more forgiving than a well-styled one.
Involved through completion
We remain present from the first visit to the final styling. The quality of an outcome depends on who's watching during the middle.
Service I
First Chapter Meeting
A comfortable, conversational introduction to your space and design aspirations. Includes a site visit, written reflections on spatial qualities and possibilities, and a warm selection of references. For homes and personal workspaces. Delivered within one week. An inviting, unhurried beginning.
Service II
Full Story Design
A design service that tells the complete story of your space — from spatial composition and material selection to furniture curation, lighting warmth, and 3D visualisation. Each chapter builds on the last. Includes two feedback rounds and a comprehensive specification document. For residential and intimate commercial spaces. Timeline of 6–10 weeks.
Service III
Closing Chapter Support
Guided project completion — procurement, contractor management, site reviews, and a final styling session that brings the story together. For clients who want their design narrative carried through to a satisfying conclusion. Duration of 8–14 weeks.

For implementation projects, we visit the site at key stages and document progress. Issues are raised early, not at handover.
